How to Register for Bandhan Bank net banking
To avail Internet banking facility, you must hold Current account or savings account with bank.
A customer with Savings Account or Current account can apply for internet banking facility. Bandhan Bank provide Internet Banking for Retail and Corporate types of customers. Go through following Process to register for Internet Banking.
For Retail customer
Before you start you need following things handy.
- Registered mobile number which is linked to bank account.
- Bandhan bank ATM / Debit Card
- CIF number or Customer Identity Number.
- Date of birth
To register visit the official website Of Bandhan Bank, and go to the ‘Online banking’ option present at the right corner of the page. Select the option personal and click on it. Once you click you will be redirected to Next page.
This is disclaimers page and you can see some security tips before continuing to log in. Just go through the tips. After that click on ‘continue to login‘ tab and you will be on log in screen.
Now click On ‘’New Registration’’ Tab To register as a New user.
Once you click on new registration you will be on USER DRIVEN REGISTRATION page and you will see a with step by step instructions kind of check list. set all the option to yes and click on submit button.
Next you will be given two option to proceed further. You can register with
Option 1: with Debit card and ATM PIN.
Opton 2: With The reference number. If you have reference number go with second option or you can choose first one to proceed. Select as per your choice and click on submit.
In this step you have to enter your details and follow the procedure step by step.
Enter your CIF Number. Generally, CIF number is Printed on Bank passbook. You can Also find it on checkbook.
After That enter your date of birth, Debit card number, Expiry date of debit card and captcha code present on the screen. Enter all these details correctly one by one and click on continue.
Next you have to enter 4-digit ATM pin and click on submit.
Once you click submit button an OTP will be sent through SMS to your Registered Mobile number. It will be a six-digit OTP and is valid for only two minutes. If you do not receive OTP, click on Resend OTP option.
Enter the OTP you Received and click on ‘submit’ for the next step.
In this step You have to create a UserID for your account. Create a user id of your choice.
To create a user id some guidelines are provide on the same page just below the box. Read these instructions and create a user id for your account.
After creating User id check availability for the User id created with check availability button. Click on it. If available you can proceed further.
Now create a log in password and retype the same log in password in next box to confirm it. Similarly create and Enter a transaction Password. Retype the same transaction password in next box to confirm it. After That click on submit and you will be in the last step of Registration process
The last step of Registration process is confirmation. After you click on ‘submit’ button in last step, a message for ‘successful creation of user id and password‘ will be displayed. You can go to log in page from here. Click on ‘click here‘ link.

Forget Login Id
If you forget log in id you can recover it with the help of debit card linked to your bank account. To do this visit the online portal of internet banking and click on Forget log in Id option placed at the left corner
You will be redirected to the new page where you have entered your CIF number and debit card details. Enter the details correctly a nd click on continue.
In next step you have to enter ATM pin and click submit button. In next step an otp will be send on your mobile number and OTP verification process will be done after that your user id will be displayed to you on the screen. In this way you can Recover your User ID.
To recover forgotten password, Go to sign in page. Enter your log in id and click on continue.
Then you will see log in id and space for password. Click on Forget Password.
Similar to the user driven Registration process here also you will see two options to recover your password. One with Debit card and another With Reference Number. Select any of these and proceed.
After that you have to enter your CIF and Debit card details. After that Enter ATM pin and submit. In next step otp verification will be done. you will be provided with option to create new password. Create new password and submit.
